Updates to the Wuphons Reach region section, regional population is now 1.25 million. The overall size of the SC4 save files for this region is 97Mb ZIP'd, so while I'll not be making a single ZIP file for download - those who are determined can download the empty region file from the development flow page and then snag the latest SC4 files from the individual city pages. (I'm making it semi-difficult on purpose to keep bandwidth usage down.)
