Working on changing the SimCity4 content that I have posted, so for now, the only city files on the server are the empty (blank) region files. Plus, some script kiddies broke into the hosting server so I'm restoring files from backup anyway. (Looks like the tagging was a site-wide break-in and not something directed at any particular site...)
