Wuphons Reach
Wuphons Reach is a custom region for SimCity 4, using a customized custom.bmp and the terraforming tools provided in SC4. All of the content here is either to explain how or why I did a certain thing, or to keep track of what I want to accomplish next with my region. Total size of the city files is currently around 100Mb, therefore they're not available as a single-download (I suspect the hosting company I use might raise an eyebrow at that). Instead, I've made the city files available for download on the seperate city pages (if you want a blank copy of the region, see the development page).Development - Details the process that I used to create this custom region.

Dec-2003 - City files are no longer available for download, but the empty region is still available on the development page.)Feb-22-2003 - Updated the city files that are available for download today, region population is now at 1.8 million.
May-25-2003 - Haven't been playing this region much, as it's not really turning out the way that I want. Regional population is up to 2.1 million or so, but my largest city is off on the corner of the map which means that I can't expand it and I feel artificially limited. Instead, I've been pouring my time into the Wataru and Negishi regions instead. I'll try to update all of the city files in the next week or two as I put this into an archived state.
