Wataru Wataru is the second custom region for SimCity 4, using a customized custom.bmp and the terraforming tools provided in SC4. All of the content here is either to explain how or why I did a certain thing, or to keep track of what I want to accomplish next with my region. Originally started because I wasn't happy with the way that my Wuphon's Reach region was turning out. However, I won't be uploading much else for this region other then the empty region file because the region feels a bit generic. News May-25-2003 - Initial posting. Wataru - Eastern Half Wataru - Western Half Wataru - Download Download (total size is 27 Mb): Wataru-Blank-May2003-Part1.zip - Wataru-Blank-May2003-Part2.zip - Wataru-Blank-May2003-Part3.zip - Wataru-Blank-May2003-Part4.zip To install: (1) Create a new directory in your My Documents \ SimCity 4 \ Regions folder called "Wataru". (2) Extract the contents of the zip file(s) to the new folder. (3) Start up SimCity 4 and select Load Region off of the Region View Options menu, Wataru should then show up in the list of regions.
