Downloading Cities

When you want to import a city file from another player (or another region on your own system), you need to:
  1. Place the .sc4 file in your My Documents \ SimCity 4 \ Regions \ Downloads folder.
  2. Start up SimCity 4
  3. Click on a city tile of the appropriate size in your region, and choose "Import City"

(One of these days, I'll remember to test these directions.)
