Parks and Recreation
This is a listing of all of the parks and recreational facilities that can be placed under the Build Parks menu. Parks and recreation facilities raise the population caps for your city (e.g. every time you place a softball field your R$/R$$/R$$$ caps get lifted by 6000 each). In addition, parks provide YIMBY/NIMBY effects which I explain over on the YIMBY/NIMBY page.
I've taken the liberty of adding a score value (Pop/$) which is simply the population boost divided by the monthly cost. That score value is good for folks with limited city budgets who are looking for the biggest cap boost for the buck. The second score value (Pop/Area) is aimed at folks who are trying to maximize population in the smallest area possible.
