Pedal your way through a vacation
The Big Splurge: Pedal and Splash Through Europe's Fortified Towns with This Bike-and-Barge Tour: 02-Apr-01 - Put this down as my idea of a great way to see Holland. The 4Winds Tours site also has information on France and Belgium tours. Prices seemed very reasonable (about $100 per day).
The Wayfarers is a non-profit group with very good rates. Trips include weekends or longer time periods.
