EffexorXR

Zilch plus 33 hours since my last 75mg dose. I think I'm going to go ahead and push myself to not take a pill until Sunday night since it's almost the weekend (let the effects hit me on Saturday/Sunday when I don't have to get any work done... plus Monday is a holiday). If it works, that'll be a 5-day stretch between 75mg pills, which may be enough to break the cycle.
