3-Season Tents
Just some tents that I'm interested in (mostly 2 person, 3 season). Currently, I don't have one, but would like to get back into backpacking 2-3 day trips - so weight is an issue. Plus, I think my next trip is going to involve staying at campgrounds instead of hotels, so I'm looking for tents that are easy to setup / take-down daily - including easy setup by a single person.
The North Face Slickrock Ultralight Tent 2-Person 3-Season - $235, 4lb 6oz (packed wt) - might be a bit short (I'm 6'-1" and might make me sleep diagonally.
Kelty Zen Tent 2-Person 3-Season - $150, 5 lb 9 oz or 2.5 kilos (packed wt) - I've seen 2 good reviews from end-users, supposedly held up well in wet weather.
Kelty Vortex 2 Tent 2-Person 3-Season - $240, 6 lb 13 oz or 3.1 kilos - bit heavy, but very roomy with dual entrances and dual vestibules - single-person setup, some sites say 4 lb 12 oz (which is probably sans fly)
Sierra Designs Clip Flashlight CD Tent 2-Person 3-Season, $170, 4lb 5oz - supposedly pretty tough little tent,
Kelty Riverbend 2 Tent, $200, 6 lb 7 oz
