Philadelphia 1990

Just some pictures from various areas of Philadelphia that I took while staying in the city for 3 weeks.

Out and about

Well, it used to be a pizza parlour in northeast Philadelphia. Supoosedly it was fire-bombed the week before we arrived. Northeast Philadelphia - One of the myriad narrow streets that is lined with houses and cars that just seems to go on and on and on. Philadelphia subway platform - no idea which station or line.
A view of what I believe is Philadelphia's 'chinatown' area, pretty sure I was in the vicinity of the Galleria mall at the time. Fire escape - I was intrigued by the angles and the black color. Philadelphia waterfront, I would imagine that they've changed this a lot since I was there.

Notes

Links will display 1280x1024 resolution photos (150-200Kb each). All of the photos were taken using a Pentax K-1000. Images were scanned in off of prints, which explains some of the artifacts and poor quality, but most of the issues with the quality come from user error and/or using consumer grade film instead of pro-sumer grade film.
